Sodium gluconate is a kind of sodium polyhydroxycarboxylate, also known as sodium
pentahydroxycaproate. It is white or light yellow crystalline particles or powder. It is very soluble
in water, slightly soluble in alcohol and insoluble in ether. The product has good retarding effect
and excellent taste.

1. used in medicine to regulate the acid-base balance in the human body to restore the normal function of the nervous system, based on the same purpose, used in food additives;

2. As a water quality stabilizer, its excellent performance in:
